Amy and Skip Driggs purchased UnforgEDIBLES
in September of
2007. Together they
have over 20 years of restaurant
experience.
They were
recently married and they are excited about
owning
this restaurant together.
Skip graduated from the Culinary Institute of America
in 2000
and has
many
years of restaurant experience. He
has held the role as
postions of Sous Chef
at
Hard
Shell in Richmond,
VA, Executive Sous
Chef at
Tides
Inn in
Irvington, VA,
Sous Chef at Indian Fields Tavern
in
Charles City, VA
and
most recently
Executive Chef at Basil's in
Marietta, GA.
Amy is a longtime resident of East Cobb and a graduate of Kennesaw
State
University. She has experience working in local
restaurants
since
1994. She
worked at
LongHorn Steakhouse for 8 years holding
every position
in the
front
of the house position from hostess to
bartender. Amy
bartended at Basil's for two years.
